• Deemed universities have been created by notification of UGC and approval of Government of India. These are institution of highest degree of quality and importance.

• I would answer this with my analysis of engineering college in India. You may realise whether you should study in deemed,central or state colleges . Below is unbiased actual reviews made with discussion with students of all colleges.

• I would answer with at mix ranking of both govt and private colleges. Ranking starts with IIT, NIT and IIIT as top three groupings followed by other best option in India for students considering quality of Education, infrastructure, Placements and Faculty and not the least fees structure with ROI.

The details of deemed colleges along with the fee structure is given in the mcc website. Go to mcc.nic.in them select ug counselling and there select deemed and private university... There under participating institutions you will find the necessary details.

Fees structure varies from college to college! To give you an example, in Nilratan Sircar Medical College & Hospital Kolkata, you need to pay just Rs 4500/semester. But this may be way more in Pvt. Medical Colleges!

Fees structure varies from college to college there is no fixed fees structure  in karnataka it ranges between 6.75 to 12lacs  enquire in personal to know exact no.
