I hope you are doing fine. I think you forgot to mention the exam name for which you need percentile comparisons. If you are JEE mains exam(because its one of the most popular exam which give results in percentile) then its of 300 total marks.
NTA is first time taking 300 marks JEE mains exam so its little hard to compare
I can give you well estimated comparison only:
99.99+/100 - AIR under 100 - 285/300
99.95+/100 - air under 500 - 260/300
99.90+/100 - air under 1000 - 250/300
99.5+/100 - air under 5000 - 215/300
99/100 - air under 10000 - 180/300
96.5/100 - air under 30000 - 125/300
