As per the exam pattern of MHT CET 2018, 20% weightage will be given to class 12 syllabus and remaining 80% to class 12 syllabus.
Apart from that, topic-wise weightage is not available. I would suggest you solve sample papers and previous years question papers to get an idea about the difficulty level, type of questions asked and also representation of different topics in the equestion paper.
