As per the domicile requirement of entrance exams like IPU CET and JAC Delhi, the candidate needs to have studied their 12 exam in a college located in the Delhi region, otherwise the candidate will be treated as outside Delhi student and not be considered for reservation.
However, if your parents belong to the defence forces, some colleges may have some relaxation. So, you need to check with the individual colleges or exams.
