Hello, Divya. The Up paramedical forms are usually released in the month of November by the first week. The registration fee for various paramedical courses are :
Diploma in X-ray technician, optometry, orthoptics, physiotherapy, O.T. technician, dental technician, lab technician, cardiology technician, C.T. scan technician, M.R.I technician, dialysis technician, blood transfusion technician, acupuncture, certificate in emergency and trauma care assistant- Rs 1500
For bachelor in science radiodiagnosis and imaging technology, bachelor of physiotherapy, bachelor of science in medical laboratory technology, bachelor of occupational therapy- rs 2500
The procedure of selection is based on obtaining minimum passing marks in class 10 and good marks in physics, chemistry, maths, biology in class 12 exam.
