The application form must be submitted in offline mode only. Aspirants must send the filled in application form and demand draft along with the relevant documents to the address mentioned below. These documents must be sent in an envelope of 24 X 12 cm superscribed as “Application for MBBS/BDS Course - 2019-20 Session” on or before the last date. Aspirants need to submit only one application.
