Hey Gulam,

There is no special counselling round for The students who are not qualified. It there are any leftover seats in any of the Engineering colleges mostly the third round of counselling will be conducted to fill those seat. In that counselling round you can participate to get Admission into any of the college in which if there are any left over seats. However if there are no seats left over then the third round of counselling will not be conducted. For more details you can check here:
