the choices we filled earlier in round 3 and round 4. Will they provide us college among the choices in spot round?

You may mention the exam you are talking about for better guidance. But in most exams you will be alloted colleges in the spot round only based on your registration for the spot round. You will be allotted colleges according to your preference in the registration form of the spot round. Hope this helped!
