Hello,
If after conducting seven rounds of Josaa counseling, seats are left in NITs, special rounds are conducted. The final closing rank in Special rounds are usually cosidered as cutoffs if there were seats available for the special rounds. If there were no seats available for special rounds in NITs, the cutoffs are considered till the closing rank of last round.
