The criteria for getting admission in niit of 75%had been abolished this for the jeemain 2020 students but I have got only73 %in 2k19 can I also eligible for this consection

Yes you are eligible for JEE Main 2020. Several boards exam could not be concluded for the covid-19 pandemic throughout the country.
