Given that

I=4+2t

Let dq be the charge which passes in a small interval of time dt.

Then

dq=I dt

dq=(4+2t)dt

by taking integrations on both sides

∫ dq = ∫ (4+2t)dt

= q=∫ (4+2t) dt

Here you did not mention the time interval.
