no need to worry, if there`s a delay there could be multiple logical reasons. Server down, edxcessive traffic on the website, technical delay, postponed by authority and many similar reasons. Please make sure that the schedule you`re following is the authentic one. Moreover, there will be time span given for arranging your preference, its not first come first serve basis. In the worst case if the problem still persists and the ending time is close, you need to contact the authorities from the official website.
