The cutoffs ranks in the csab round-1 is category ranks or crl ranks

In CSAB counselling,  the seats in different category is alloted to the respective category only. But for allotment they use general rank. For example in case of NIT patna has 5 seat vaccant in OBC category, then all 5 seat will be alloted to OBC candidates only but the rank they will use is general.

Hello there. The procedure will remain the same as for JOSSA. The open category seat will be available for everyone to compete for but the reserved seat will be given to that particular category only. It's not like anyone can get admission in the categories seat. They will only be available for the candidates belonging to that category only.
