Hello Buddarthi,
JEE Mains is an annual exam that is conducted by the National Testing Agency and the CBSE for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other institutes. It also serves as the first stage for admission to IITs through JEE Advanced.
EWS is a new category that has been created by the MHRD for economically weaker sections. 10% seats will be reserved for those candidates whose annual family income is less than INR 8 lakh per annum.
As for your question, with your percentile and assuming that you are a general category aspirant, it will be very difficult for you to get admission in any NIT or IIIT. Your best bet would be to go for GFTIs like Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, etc or private colleges that take admissions through JEE Mains.
