my rank us expected to be approx. 3.5 lakh will i be able to get branches like Cse ,it ,aiml ,ece ,eee in the OUTR BBSR or VSSUT burla i have ex-servicemen quota as well i want cse ,it ,aiml more importantly then ece then ete or eee

Missing the initial counseling window does not entirely close your chances, but you must act quickly. While you cannot undo the missed dates, you can usually participate in Round 2, provided you register for counseling or participate in the fresh choice-filling/seat-allotment phase.
