The last for registering for WAT/PI was 14th but I was not able to view my result till 14th february. Every time it said authorization required. now when I got the result, the registration window is closed. Please tell me an alternative.

I got to see my result and I am shortlisted also but the date for registration of WAT/PI has ended. Now I am not able to book a seat for it. They are saying that nothing can be done. Why do I suffer for a technical glitch? Where am I at fault? Please help what to do?
