Yes you are right. According to the rules of the authorities of various joint entrance examinations, A non local candidate who belongs to Schedule cast/ schedule tribe/ Other backward cast A/other backward cast B category, will be considered as an Open category student in the counseling process.

Sir ..then no need of submitting the caste and income certificate at the time of counselling r8 .
