Definitely it will affect. The guy who have cleared jee mains and may have good rank will go for jee advanced over WBJEE. Similar case is with AIIMS. So this time the quality of topper will be low, as good students were busy with some other exam. There will be decrease in number of participants in WBJEE

You may get benefit if you go for WBJEE. Hope it helps you
