An individual who is again writing for 12th Class Exam is eligible for BBA Exam & for other entrance exams too. But at the time of Admission, the individual need to show that he has qualified the Class 12 Board Exam.

You can take up the entrance test for BBA. But at the time of admission you need to show your qualifying marks sheet and in case if you have failed in your board exams you need to first reappear for the board exam from any other valid board like NIOS, EWAS or any other valid state board.
