Also, at the end of the page it is mentioned that fee waiver/concession is applicable for the Rankers of EAMCET, IIT–JEE, KLEEE, Intermediate. However, from 2nd Semester onwards, Fee waiver/concessions are applicable only if the student maintains X Grade.
