Hello! Hope you are doing good

Class 12th exam is over or not is not under consideration here. You have already applied before so you are old applicant.

If you have registered in January then you need not register again. Use the already provided login credentials that is username and password and then just pay the fees. This is done in order to maintain the record of each student.
