The techer has written no v.p. On my answer sheet of english class12. What does it mean??

As per my understanding, this v.p. might mean very poor.
In general terms vp stands for vice president or vice principal but as you stated your tea has mentioned v.p. on your paper I could infer may be s/he meant very poor.
