There won't be any change in the Rank Card. But the reserved category students will be benefited in the Admission process. The final admission depends on Rank as well Category. For Eg; A student got 10,000 EAMCET rank who is from Open category and another student got 13000 rank who is from a reserved category. The chances of getting admission in  Some good College like Gayatri Vidya Parishad Vizag is higher for a reserved candidate with 13,000 rank. Eventhough the first student got 10,000 he won't get seat in that College. So category matters a lot in the process of Admission.
