there are three seats normal one payment and nri seat i got 529 marks in obc category can i get normal seat which have low fees in haryana?

NEET first round councilling is already done. The second round of counselling is about to hault. so by now you know the college you are eligible for.
talking about the cutoff, in 2018 494 marks fetched a seat for an obc candidate in shaheed hasan khan mewati government medical college nalhar under the state quota. so as per previous year data you are eligible for admission in a government college.
But since this year the cutoffs have gone way higher than before so i beleive you would not have fetched a seat in a government medical college in the first round of counselling.as of now make sure that you follow the counselling process.
