There is a lot of confusion whether to do correction for EWS category or not, as certificate not made yet!

Dear Vishal, the Hovernment and NTA also understand the fact that EWS is a new scheme in reservation and it will take time for candidates to get the required certificate. And it is not something like you fill in the form today and you are expected to produce the document tomorrow. There is enough time. You cant lose out in an opportunity by assuming. So go ahead, select the EWS category and work towards getting the certificate.

But what if you got it done but you didt select the option? This is March. Exam is in May. And the counselling and admission are after that. You have almost 3 months to get a certificate. Remember that hope is what runs this world. It is quite normal to think what you are thinking right now. But give it a shot.
Ah actually its not about time. The only issue is that if the certificate making body rejected my ews certificate to be made( due to any legal reason somehow) then my application would be rejected as
i'll fail to upload it.
So the greed of reservation would let all my hard work
and all my sacrifices go in vain. Also i m a dropper! so everything would be worst in that case which i m imagining.

We all have been in that place, Vishal. If you fulfill the criteria for EWS and the there is documental proof, there is no reason why your application should be rejected. Neverthless, because it is a matter of your career and you have to live with the decision, please choose a wise one.
