See, during the examination, your Name and Image will be verified and you will be allowed to give the examination. But this spelling related issue, can create problem during your admission (if you get selected for any of the medical colleges), so you should contact the NEET helpdesk and get it discussed, if there is any procedure to do so. But for the examination, you will not face any problem at all.
