Yes. JEE has two paper one for B.E/B.Tech programmes and paper2 is for B.arch and planing courses.You have to have the following compulsarily for btech:

Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject)
and the following for B.arch:
