There's a mistake in my jipmer hall ticket my photograph is transversly arranged in it! Is it okay or what can I do to change it.... Please

As far as I think, it won't be an issue during the examination. This mistake was committed by the JIPMER governing body, and hence there's nothing for you to panic.
At the least, what you can do is send a mail to the JIPMER exam conducting authority and call in their office during the working hours to let them know, although it's the chances are quite bleak that they would respond.
Don't worry much, the main function of the photograph is to tally the same with your face during entry in the examination hall. It doesn't matter whether the photo is printed vertically or transversely.
