According to your first question, yes the notifications for AP EAMCET 2019 exams have been announced , where your registrations starts from 26 th of feb 2019.
And the date of examinations for students pursuing engineering , agriculture and both are as follows:-
•Engineering :- 20,21,22,23 of April 2019
•Agriculture:- 23 & 24 of April 2019
• Both:- 22 & 23 of April 2019
But due to JEE mains 2 nd paper the dates might shift, so please be updated.
While , for your second question , you may refer to:-
•Physics:- H.C. Verma ( would help for concept clearance)
Irodov ( for numerical solving)
•Chemistry:- NCERT books would be enough for mains , and you have NCERT googlG app too
•Maths :- Cengage publications is good to go
These books would help you for better preparations for your mains
