This year all india quota seats increased my rank is 17959 what are my chances to fetch an all india quota seat

Dear Sir/mam, you might not as well be able to grab a seat in the all india quota counseling as it has a much higher cut-off around 559 and above. You may look into your state counselling where you will have fairer chances with this all india rank. Hope this helps.
