Let, the number be x.
From given condition, we can write the following equation,
3 x^2 - 4 x = 50 + x
So, 3 x^2 - 4 x - 50 - x = 0
So, 3 x^2 - 5 x - 50 = 0
The above equation is a quadratic equations and by solving it, we get the values of x as 5 and -3.33
Since, the number is Natural number, x ≥ 1
So, x = 5
Hence, the required number is 5
