Minimum age limit is 17 years old ,so to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021
Also,
Students who are appearing for their 12th board 2021 examination with physics chemistry biology and English are eligible for Neet 2021 examination.
So, it's completely ok even if you are doing your 12th as if you are in 12th right now you will be appearing for your board examination in 2021 and thus you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination

Hi.
Which stream did you opt under Science? For 12th Standard under Science we have Medical and Non-Medical. Medical has primary subjects : Physics, Chemistry and Biology which you need to be eligible for NEET Examinations. For Non-Medical primary subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Even if you opted for Non-Medical but have Biology as an additional subject and manage to get above 60% in it even then you are eligible for give NEET Examinations.
If you have a further specific query please feel free to comment.
Best of Luck.
