Hello Untoo,
There is no one-size-fits-all timetable for JEE Main preparation. So, you have to make a study plan that works for you. For example, if you can go longs hours without sweating, you may consider studying 10 hours or even more a day. But if you are someone who can't take more than 8 hours a day, you have to plan accordingly. Also, instead of reading 4-5 hours at a stretch, short burts of 2-3 hours might be helpful in some cases, as the mind and body will be fresh and therefore more responsive.
Here are some articles that may help you draw a timetable for your JEE Main preparation:

- There can be no such perfect time table/schedule which one can follow thoroughly for long time. But it would be better if
- You give as much time as possible for it.
- You always study in a good mood.
- You study early morning (not acceptable in all cases).
- After your classes, first of all you should make a schedule about which work to be done when and what time should be given for it.
- You always tries to achieve those small goals instead of thinking big.
