Hello aspirant,

You need to fill the following form and submit it.

https://icaiexam.icai.org/index1.php

After submitting the form , take a printout and send a physical mail along with supporting documents. I suggest you to send it via registered post since it is easy to track.

ICAI staff are very friendly. Your application will be processed and you will receive a reply mail confirming the address change.
