To get a college for B. Arch can we qualify jee paper 2?

Students can decide to go with anybody among NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 for taking admission in B.Arch relying upon the school for which confirmation is wanted. National Architecture Aptitude Test or NATA is conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA) whereas JEE Main Paper 2 is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). So, to get admission for B.Arch you can enter by qualifying jee mains paper 2 but for admission in best college you should get good rank.

Yes, it is mandatory to qualify with good scores in JEE mains paper 2 in order to get admission in any architecture colleges. The higher your score, the more chances to get a seat in the top ranked Architecture colleges across India. Also, note that JEE mains is conducted twice in a year. So, if you think you couldn't do well this time, you can work for the second time. The score considered is best out of the 2 papers.

Also, to add to your knowledge, you can also answer NATA which is also an entrance exam for architecture colleges. It is advisable to keep multiple options open.

Only qualifying jee mains paper2 won't assure you Barch in any of NITs or Bplanning in SPAs. You need to have good rank to get it. You need to have your rank under 1500 to get into any of NITs any how. For good NITs be in top 600 rank.

And you may fet SPAs till 2000 rank. Hope it helps
