To get admission into an iit , is anything else considered apart from the jee advanced marks and 75% in board ?

No apart from this nothing  is required.

All depends upon your rank and your will decide which college you will get.

first of all you have to fill couseling application which will be released after advanced result on josaa and you have to arrange your choices according to preferences according to the rank you will allot seat in first round from your choices and if you have to go for verification within 1-2 day( as per the information given at that time) at any nearby IIT and than you will be eligible for next round.

'And if you will not get seat in first than also you are eligible for next round.
