To clear cutoff,
35% in general category- 126 marks out of 360
But to get IIT you need at least 155 marks.

The expected cutoff based on cateogary are given below-
General - 128
OBC - 115
SC - 64
ST - 64

NO, these are just cutoff marks to pass the paper. Obviously you have to score more than this to get a good rank and get a seat in some IIT.
