to get obc certificate for AIQ medial colleges from whom I can got

1. To apply for the caste certificate (any caste), you will have to visit the DC/Tehsildar/SDM office.
2. After you apply for a caste certificate you will get a registration form.
3. Fill in the form with your necessary details like your name, address, contact information, etc
4. Tick your caste in the form
5. Fill in the details from your father/ blood relative's caste certificate
6. Fill and sign the self declaration form, submit it along with the required number of passport size photographs

Documents you will require are valid id proof, address proof, etc
