Asian College of Journalism have only Post Graduate courses. So after 12th you can not apply there.
If you really wish to go in the field of journalism, you can apply in other institues across country. Jamia Millia Islamia University, TISS Mumbai, JNU etc have really good bachelor programs for the same.
The admission for Post Graduate in ACJ Chennai have started already and there is an online entrance test for the same.
I would suggest you to look for other options, as you don't have a bachelor's degree yet.
