Hello dear,
If you participated in round 1 and paid fees then you don't need to pay money again and register for round 2 ; you just need to fill choice filling form.
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the fresh registration for round two of NEET 2019 counselling on July 11. Eligible candidates will be able to register till July 13. Payment for the second round can be done till July 13 up to 12 Noon. Candidates who had registered for the first round of counselling are not required to register again. The choice filling will commence from July 12, 2019. The result of the second round of NEET counselling 2019 will be declared in online mode on July 18.

Thank you sir ...I have another doubt ...how to do choice filling for round 2 ...should I login in the candidate login and fill my choices ?? I did logged in now and it states that the candidate is not allowed to make any changes for the choices filled for round 1 ...I'm a bit confused ...how to fill choices for round 2
