To take admission in medical private colleges you need to attend the counselling conducted by the state.
State will conduct the counselling to provide admission in both government and privtae colleges.
For government colleges you should have domicile certificate of the state. Other state students are eligible to take admission in private colleges.
You need to apply for the application form to attend the counselling.
