Hello,
After the counselling you have recieved the details when to report to the alloted college and with in what time.
SO if your date is in that range then yes you can. There are even some special cases where colleges consider for the students who come late to report but they have to show genunie reason for that.
So yes you can if your are doing before the time limit.
