today I came to know that I am eligible for ews quota but I have filled general category in neet 2020 registration.can I be able to change it during councelling??

No, once you have declared yourself as general you can't change it. Also results have also been declared and there is no EWS rank in your result. So it is not possible for you to shift from General to EWS category. You should have changed it long ago during the correction of NEET application form.
