Hello there,

Hope you are doing well...

If you don't take admission in the 3rd year as per required time, you may be exempted from the classes or the college facilities for temporary basis until you take admission. You may also be not able to sit for examinations, so you will not be able to complete your graduation.

These rules vary from college to college. I would personally suggest you to take admission if possible, or talk to your college authority regarding your issues. It will be upto the authorities whether they allow you to continue without taking admission.
