Hey there
There are various engineering colleges taking admission through 12th percentage
1. Tamil Nadu engineering admissions TNEA conducted by Anna University.
2. REAP conducted by Rajasthan technical University RTU, Kota. They take admissions through JEE mains also and gives preference to JEE mains.
3. Madhya Pradesh BE admissions.
4. Punjab BTech admission one of the conducting body is Punjab technical University.

The goods news for you is that Private Engineering Colleges Located in all parts of India will give admission in engineering courses on basis of class 12th entrance exams without any entrance exams.
Though nowadays most of the colleges also ask for JEE mains marks, so appearing in jee would be a good option regardless of whatever your score will be.
