Dear Adarsh, since the new exam pattern has released so the topicwise distribution of questions is not available for the new pattern but the same thing for previous year solves much of the problem. I can mention you the topics from the 3 subjects which has more Weightage as compared to others

Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry, Periodic Table and Representative elements, Thermodynamics and Gaseous state, Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, Chemical and Ionic Equilibrium

• Maths
  

Coordinate Geometry, Limits Continuity & Differentiability, Intergral calculus, Complex Numbers & quadratic equations, matrices & Determinants.
