Dear Ashwini, it depends on the Institution that you are targeting. IIMs have a different level of group discussions while compared to other colleges. But in General, topic that are in the current news would be mostly asked. Because you will be joining Business School, the topics will be around Business, Economy and Management. You might have to read about the latest Economic initiatives, policies that have been taken Nationally and Internationally. Then you may also have to concentrate on National and International Political affairs like Article 370, Brexit, etc. Also focus on Social affairs because top B schools are trying for development of their students in sectors like gender equality, environment sensitivity, ethics, culture, etc.
