Dear Rajendra,
The IITs are considered to be the best when it comes to B.Tech in CS and placements. Among the 23 IITs, the 50-60 toppers of JEE Advanced exam go to IIT Bombay for pursuing CS. Placement record of the older IITs is better than the new ones. After IITs, then come NITs, IIITs and CFTIs respectively. However, apart from these institutes, some other private institutes like BITs Pilani, VIT, SRM, also offer good education and placements.
