As per upto if we see past notification neet syllabus is totally depends on the CBSE syllabus. Hence it should also not in the neet but we cant be sure.
So i suggest you to follow the old syllabus as well because it will be benificial that you are getting extra knowledge.
For any new notification you can go through neet official website.
