See your question is not quite clear because there is no any specific score distribution for any seat in any medical through NEET, the seats are allotted through NEET Counselling depending upon marks scored by the candidate in NEET on the merit basis, For e.g. the candidate having good marks like around 680-700 out of 720 will be much preferred for central medical institutions like AIIMS or JIPMER or any other as compare to that who got 500 marks out of 720 marks in NEET.
If you are asking about weightage of each chapter in NEET for three different sections then the weightage is also described below, NEET paper consists of three sections, Physics for 180 marks, Chemistry for 180 marks and Biology for 360 marks. For NEET 2021, complete chapter wise weightage for each subject is described below :-
